Foam core cardboard: : It is widely used in the bookbinding industry for book, calendar, notebook covers and packaging.
  • We produce foam core cardboard for the Polish and foreign markets. Designed to be used to make all kinds of covers such as for calendars / notebooks, children’s books, wall calendars, so-called tops, photo albums, payers and restaurant menus, folders, etc.; main application in printing.
  • The product consists of solid cardboard, foam sponge and a closing cardboard according to common standards.
  • The product is available in assorted sheets / formats: 75x108 cm, 70 x 100 cm, 61 x 86 cm LG and/or SG
  • You can order other formats; stencil-cutting cardboard sheets for special customer order / specific format.
  • Available option: rounding of corners, with radii of R8 and R10
Available thicknesses of foam core cardboard:
  • “1” cardboard with a 2mm foam core, “1” cardboard with a 3mm foam core
  • “1,2” cardboard with a 2mm foam core, “1,2” cardboard with a 3mm foam core
  • “1,5” cardboard with a 2mm foam core, “1,5” cardboard with a 3mm foam core
  • “2” cardboard with a 2mm foam core, “2” cardboard with a 3mm foam core
  • “2,5” cardboard with a 2mm foam core, “2,5” cardboard with a 3mm foam core

Solid cardboard is also available in the following thicknesses:

Backlining bobbin – used in the manufacture of covers.

  • Available width: from 1.5 to 9 cm
  • Available basis weight: 250/450 g

Binders

  • Made in A4-compatible format, or any other format specified by the customer.
  • Available ring types: two-ring, four-ring, D-shaped, or other.
  • Binder made of 2/2.5 or 3mm solid cardboard.
  • Covered with bookbinding or leather-like materials.
  • Available option: order with a personalized customer graphic design (printed design).
  • Available option: customer / restaurant logo stamping, i.e. gilding / silvering or blind stamping.

Bill presenter

Also known as a check presenter, a bill presenter is a small accessory that is an essential piece of equipment for any catering center.
  • Size: 11x20 cm or any other size.
  • Made of high quality leather-like materials.
  • Available option: logo stamping on the cover, gilding / silvering or blind stamping
  • Bill presenters are commonly used in restaurants.
